Sunlead Motors is one of the most famous and experienced manufacturers of electrical motors in China. In sixteen years, Sunlead Motors has served more than twenty-five basic industries with its high quality products and services. Today we supply over six hundreds accounts throughout the mainland China.
Sunlead Motors is made by two separated parts. Shenyang Sunlead Electrical Motor Co., Ltd. was established in 1992. In 2002, Sunlead Shenyang moved to its brand new five thousands square meters manufacturing plant. Its product line has expanded to include 80-355 frame size motors, also YBF 56-160 motors. Sales soared to fifty million Yuan RMB. In sixteen years, Sunlead Shenyang has kept its leading position in high-voltage and flame-proof electrical motors market. By keeping investing in human resource and advanced production equipment, Sunlead Shenyang will perform its mission which is providing customers high quality products and services even better.
Beijing Sunlead Electrical Motor Co., Ltd. was established in 2003. With its twenty thousands square meters production facility, quality engineering team, and most advanced production equipment, Sunlead Beijing has rapidly become a leading supplier of eighty to two hundreds frame size motors in the market.
The AC motor line of Sunlead Motor consists of Y, Y2, YB, YB2, YKK, YKS, and YBF2 begin in the fractional frame sizes and extend to hundreds of horsepower. In addition, Sunlead Motor produces specialty motors used in various hazardous environments. Its flame-proof AC motors are designed and certified to China national standards, not only being granted the approval certificate of production by the Quality Assurance Bureau of China, but also MA certified by Mining Safety Assurance Bureau of China.
Today Sunlead Motor supplies over six hundreds accounts which cover more than twenty-five basic industries. Through its twenty-eight sales office and warehouses, plus through agents and affiliates, Sunlead can more quickly reach its customers and provide products and technical support than anyone else in the market. Many of Sunlead sales offices and warehouses are linked by on-line computers to the factory and to each other, for fast delivery of standard and special motors to Sunlead customers. This IT effort has enabled Sunlead to maintain a leading position in the north-east region of China for electric motor sales.
Product diversification is an important ongoing activity at Sunlead. Equally important is manufacturing innovation. To position Sunlead as a quality, cost-effective manufacturer, we have made many changes in our plants over the past years. These include automated computer aided machine tools and VPI, revisions to the manufacturing process to minimize material handling, and deployment of manufacturing space to achieve higher efficiencies and productivity for our increasingly diverse product line.
Most important, however, has been the dedication and commitment of our engineers. Their role in producing quality Sunlead products has been unparalleled in our industry. This has enabled Sunlead to maintain a forefront position in manufacturing, through implementation of many advanced manufacturing techniques.
In 2002, Sunlead Motor achieved certification to ISO 9001 international quality standards, the most comprehensive of the ISO 9000 family of standards. Our certification covers all functional areas and we are proud of that distinction.
