Adopting the national uniform design, Y2 series three-phase induction motors, are conformity with IEC 34-1 and JB/T8680.1-1998 standards, also up to the international advanced level of 90's. As a substitute for Y-series motor, Y2-series motor has higher efficiency, more power saving, higher starting torque, lower noise and vibration and greater reliability. Same as Y-series, Y2-series is of TEFC squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous induction motor for general purpose. Y2-series motor can be used in various fields such as machine tools, water pumps, blowers and compressors as well as transportation, mixture, printing, agricultural machines and food processors where there are no inflammable, explosive or corrosive gases.
